Done for you

We run the dinner under your name, from guest list to follow-up.

You set the accounts. We fill the room from your ICP and our warm network, run the night, and hand your team the follow-through the next morning.

What's included

Everything from the guest list to the follow-up

Your team shows up ready and talks to guests. We handle the rest.

Every seat matches your ICP

Every guest leads a function at a company on your list. We set the benchmarks with you at the brief, before the list is built.

A guest list from your accounts

We build it from your target accounts and our warm network, and check every name against your ICP. You approve the final list before an invite goes out.

A table kept clear of competitors

We screen every guest, so competitors don't share a table and the conversation stays open.

Invites and RSVPs, handled

We handle invites and confirmations, chase RSVPs and run the registration page. You see the list fill in your dashboard.

The venue and the run of show

We source and negotiate the venue, book the vendors and write the run of show. It all locks weeks ahead.

A briefing at every seat

Your team knows who each guest is, why they're there and what to say first, down to their priorities and their tech stack.

Seating mapped to your accounts

The right guest sits by the right rep, so each rep spends the evening beside the accounts they own.

We run the night

Venue, vendors, timing and seating. There's no stage, no sponsor slides and no demo. Your team joins as peers.

Follow-through the next morning

After a debrief call, notes land in your CRM, follow-up drafts wait for your approval, and attendance is logged to each account.

How an engagement runs

5 to 6 weeks from the brief to the follow-up

It starts with an intro call to see if we're a fit. Once you sign, we build, and you sign off at each step.

  1. Week 0

    The brief

Once you sign, you set the target accounts, the city and the objective in one kickoff meeting.

  2. Weeks 1 to 4

    The guest list

We build the list from your accounts and check every name against your ICP. You approve it, then invites go out under your name.

  3. Weeks 1 to 4

    The room

Venue, vendors and run of show are booked and locked weeks ahead. RSVPs are chased and confirmed.

  4. Week 5 or 6

    The table

A briefing sits at every seat and the seating maps to your accounts. We run the night; your team talks to guests.

  5. Next morning

    Follow-through

Conversation notes in your CRM, warm intro and follow-up drafts ready to approve, attendance logged to each account.

We run dinners in all major US and Canadian cities, picked around where your buyers live. Tell us your top two or three metros and we'll recommend the venue and the week.

From your side of the table

You bring three things. We bring the rest.

You bring

Your accounts and your people

  • Your target account list
  • Reps who can hold a conversation
  • An empty stomach
We bring

The room, the list and the run of show

  • A guest list checked against your ICP
  • The venue, the vendors and the night itself
  • A briefing at every seat
  • Notes in your CRM by morning

Allergies: tell us at the brief. Competitors to keep out of the room, accounts to avoid, topics that are off the table. We build around them.

The same platform

We run it on Quartermaster

Our team uses the platform your team can use too. The only difference is who does the work, and our warm network. Every guest, reply and introduction ends up in your CRM.

Want to run the next one yourselves? See platform pricing.

  • Guests, companies and next steps written to Attio, HubSpot or Salesforce
  • A follow-up for every guest, quoting what they said at dinner
  • A recap and a report for your stakeholders, from sourced to attended
  • We don't sell your data, ever

House notes

Asked often

More in the FAQ.

How much does it cost?

One fixed fee per dinner, quoted after the intro call once we know the city, the format and the seats. You approve the number before we build, and it doesn't change.

The fee covers the full menu: guest sourcing and verification, venue sourcing and negotiation, and the night itself through to the handoff.

How fast can we run one?

5 to 6 weeks to deliver, end to end, from the brief to the follow-up.

Who runs the night?

We do. Venue, vendors, timing and seating. Your team talks to guests.

Whose brand is on the dinner?

Yours. The invite, the room and the hosting. We stay behind the scenes.

What do you guarantee?

Every seat at the table matches your ICP. We set the benchmarks with you at the brief, before the list is built.

What do we get after?

Notes in your CRM the next morning, follow-up drafts ready to approve, and attendance logged to each account.

Which cities do you cover?

All major US and Canadian cities, picked around where your buyers live. Tell us your top two or three target metros and we'll recommend the venue and the week.

How do you get executives to show up?

We keep the table senior, screen every guest so competitors don't share a table, and let it be a dinner. Guests come for a conversation with peers, not a sales presentation.

Start with an intro call

A short call to see if we're a fit. If we are, we quote one fixed fee, and you approve it before anything is booked.
